Monthly Plan: $79/month + $7.99 shipping

3-Month Plan: $78/month (billed every 90 days) + $7.99 shipping

6-Month Plan: $77/month (billed every 180 days) + free U.S. shipping

A one-time purchase option ($99 + $7.99 shipping) is available and does not renew automatically.

4.2 Consent to Automatic Charges

By subscribing, you authorize Telebrands Corp. (d/b/a Eggagen) to charge your Payment Method on a recurring basis for:

Subscription fees

Taxes

Shipping charges (if applicable)

Price updates with required notice

4.3 Automatic Renewal Terms

Your Subscription renews at the end of each cycle (30, 90, or 180 days). Renewal continues indefinitely unless you cancel before your next billing date.

No refunds are issued for processed or shipped orders.

4.4 Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by calling 1-855-235-2084 or sending an email to support@eggagen.com.

Cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid charges.

You may also skip or delay upcoming shipments if your account offers such options.

Cancellation affects future periods only.

5. Billing, Payments & Pricing

You agree to:

Provide a valid Payment Method

Pay all applicable charges, including Subscription fees, taxes, and shipping

Allow Telebrands to retry failed charges

If pricing changes, we will notify you as required by law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Charges and delivery timing appear at checkout.

Risk of loss passes to you once the shipment is provided to the carrier.

You are responsible for keeping shipping information accurate.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Intellectual Property
